Calendar
To reserve a mediation session, please select from any of the available dates below. A quick ONLINE APPOINTMENT REQUEST will collect contact details and case information. Once submitted, we will be in touch with a confirmation as quickly as possible.
Fee Schedule
MEDIATION FEES
The mediation fee is calculated based on an hourly billed rate, of $550.00 per hour, including any pre-mediation preparation time and post-mediation follow-up time spent on the matter. This fee is to be split equally between parties.
Note, there are no administrative, scheduling, or rescheduling fees; in exchange we ask you to respect our time and the cancellation policy below.
There is a minimum hour requirement for half day and full day mediations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the mediation is cancelled or rescheduled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled session, a cancellation policy will apply.
PAYMENT POLICY
An invoice will be sent to each party following the completion of mediation. Payment will be due upon receipt.

About
BARRY M. MARKSON, ESQ.
With almost three decades of litigation experience behind him, Barry now devotes his full attention to alternative dispute resolutions. With a solid reputation as a skilled and effective mediator, Barry has a unique ability to find creative solutions to resolve conflict-matters he is charged to mediate. He has mediated a wide range of disputes throughout his career, including those related to various civil litigation and insurance related matters including insurance coverage and bad faith claims, catastrophic injury, product liability and cases involving public entities.
Barry is an active member of the legal community in Arizona and serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court. In the past he also served on various committees and organizations dedicated to promoting alternative dispute resolution and improving access to justice in the state.
Outside of work, Barry is also a talk show host and legal analyst on 92.3 KTAR FM. He also enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and volunteering in his local community. He is a passionate advocate for social justice and environmental causes and has donated his time and resources to various nonprofit organizations throughout his career.
